A Vineyard Wedding Buffet

The groom’s parents wanted formal, the bride’s informal.
The couple just wanted to celebrate in a peaceful setting.
And so they said their vows with the sun glistening off the
now ripening grapes in the quiet vineyard. Then enjoyed a
first course elegantly served to their seated and toasting
guests. Then equally enjoyed the magnificent array of
enticing fare that awaited their guests at the buffet. And then
realized the evening was just as they hoped it would be . . .

assorted peppers, zucchini, Japanese eggplant, crimini,
portabello mushrooms, sweet red onions, carrots &
seasonal squashes and fennel, brushed with olive oil,

in fresh red pepper pasta with light citrus, roasted garlic,
toasted almonds and julienne of fresh arugula
